{Easter}

Since Mother's Day begins in less than an hour - I better attempt to catch up and post my Easter pictures.  It's really sad that this is the last official "first" holiday for Jyllian - I have no idea where this year has gone! 

Friday 4.22.11

Kamden and Jyllian had an Easter party at school, they get to find eggs and have their picture taken with an Easter Bunny.  Apparently Kam told the kids at school, that the bunny at daycare was not the Easter Bunny, it was just a guy in a costume.  Oops!  Although it seems Kamden could have been responsible to crushing the dreams of other 4 year olds, he really meant that the bunny at daycare was not the real one, the real Easter Bunny he saw last week.  Phew!  He's a smart and observant kid!

Saturday 4.23.11

The annual egg hunt at the nursing home - we tried to get Jyllian to search for eggs, however, she HATES the feel of grass.  She I got her 3 eggs, then we moved on to watch Kole and Kamden.

4.24.11

The Easter Bunny was a bit of a slacker/procrastinator this year.  Despite a sad showing in the basket department, the bunny was still successful in getting the boys their own cameras.  They love to take pictures (I have created monsters), and the kid cameras just weren't cutting it - so now they are equipped with a memory card and 8 mega pixels, say cheese!

The Easter Bunny did right by Jyllian by leaving a blankie in her basket - she LOVES soft blankets!

The boys were thrilled to have 3 egg hunts Easter day - however, like Christmas and presents, they expect to have an egg hunt at each house we go to...ungrateful buggers!

Even though everyone tried to limit their candy - 4 egg hunts later (counting the one the day before), they are going to be on a sugar high until July, or until I send the candy to Denin's work!
